As a certified Austin native and animal documentary "binger" I saw the small local non-profit, the Austin Zoo, as an excellent opportunity for a personal rebrand project.


My Approach

Since the zoo doesn't have a cohesive brand, I wanted to bring their presence forward with simple patterns, textures, vibrant energetic colors, and photos highlighting the natural and recognizable beauty of pelts, hides, and feathers in our natural world.

I also wanted to bring the logo forward with a font and texture that elevates the original with a simple modern twist.
